Company culture is very good it was my dream company but my boss rasheed and T N ravi are doing lots of politics to save there job .giving my customer to same one else to save there job

...ge salary and enjoying specialy rasheed and t n ravi are doing lots of politcs .for T N ravi family are only there in this company for that people only he is giving promotion and salary hike and evey support to them .sai vardine and santosh and satish and much more peoples.

Best thing happened in this company Some are real supportive colleagues. Met some good hearted people and lucky to work with them as they taught me a laught. Thank you to my colleagues.🙏🏽

...working but they expect you to work on weekends too. Some take advantage of you. No salary hike for 3rd party And before joining please confirm if they are hiring you on DP world payroll. First they say we will let you know and then they will transfer you on 3rd party role saying we don't have position on roll. If you are on 3rd party don't expect anything from the management. They can kick you out anytime. No prior notice or nothing just call communication. Hell politics from management for 3rd party Don't fall for the name DP World. If you are hired in international location then you will be lucky. Management is the worst no appreciation for good work even the employee is working almost 24*7. At the time of appraisal they ask employee 'What work did you do? Nothing as you don't have documentation of what work you have done. Fits perfectly for this company: Great cry and little wool (नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे)

It was a Big Multi national Company. But the trainees of the company treated like very poor by the Company Staff and higher Authorities

Lot of people got laid off after probation. ( managers have very high expectations ) Toxic work culture. No work life balance. No professionalism. Aggressive startup culture. No Architects / Senior Developers to guide in the right direction. Everything you need to learn and contribute. No one helps you here. Limited work from home and Management wants to do lot of monitoring. ( Even for Work from home, you need to apply leaves and Work from home leave count is 15 leaves. ) ( You're supposed to work 3 days from the office. )
