Very painful experience. I learned about IPR , I am greatful to them, but their treatment is very painful.. you need to be very thick skin to be there which probably I was not.

Overall nothing is good in this organization.. Non supportive seniors, proprietorship company is terrible to work here

Didn't get the time find out what I actually dislike at DPA, since during working hours I used to be busy with my work and after office hours I never think about the same.

People was very good they are helpful facilities also there.

Employees are not stay longer due to the behaviour of the company owner doesn't give chance to the employer to open their mouths Mr. Abuja keeping so many designation but all of them are like his Dog.

Only to mention that few events, foods and medical policy.

Worst management. Management always busy with leg pooling. Will be terminated at any moment showing a silly reason, sometimes without any reason. :) Will not allow to meet any friends/family members during your duty time. You are always on CC TV surveillance. Will not allow you to take any leave. If taken, then don't expect any increment/appraisal. An many many more....!
