This company radily adopts letest techonology. Iam satisfing to improve my knowledge towards my future goals. The company was ISO certified.this can be help to my Documentation presentation. And grab some knowledge about Audit. Learned PLC and Automation techonology basics.

...any established based on market. But slow growth. Some time Iam worked 14 -15hr. Salary was not good. Due to lack of knowledge Iam attending breakdown mid night also.

...ce time 9:30 am to 7:00 pm its tooo long time. Promotion & Appraisal is so poor. Bonus is almost noting, like 20% of in hand salary CTC structure also very poor, employee will not get any benefits like PF. Example : let someone's in hand salary is 20000 but his basic is 3500 so they deduct 12% of PF from his basic. so disgusting. Also employee get bonus that is 8.33% of annual basic pay.

Last month My salary not given and Bonus 100% on my basic also not given and Medical on 50% my basis all this amount are hold and informed to me this amount company will not paid

They give time to time salary for every employee. Good atmosphere at company Time to time they give increments and bonus

Company canteen food was very bad. They can't provide any travelling . They can't do the sports event and cultural activities we don't have any parking place at right now perfectly they cannot give the permission at parking our bike in a company

It's a safe working place for women, and job security is reasonably good compared to other companies in Visakhapatnam.

Dislikes

Salaries are not paid in time, bonus, hike are very poor. Timings are very strict that even one minute late to office salary is deducted for that one minute even if you are ready to extend your working hours. Food timings are very annoying, it's like a school bell you need to rush for lunch and come back to your seat after you hear second bell.
