Racial discrimination existing silently. You can things done in your favor if you network without work. Impression are rarely audited and edited. Home office workers have rough time to network. Network decide your rise

Good training sessions, work environment.

Dislikes

Politics at workplace, favouritism works during appraisals and promotions. Though it is a US based company, there is lack of professionalism, co-ordination amongst peers. High work pressure on month ends. No job security for anybody. Hire and fire policy in place.
