I liked the work life balance and the projects. It's a good company for retirement.

Dislikes

Health insurance policy was becoming better but suddenly this year it became bad. 50% pay only for advance treatments. It's like people usually get in government jobs. Another bad thing is learning, there's little to nothing on technical trainings. All you will get is excel, powerpoint, power point and some behavioural trainings. And that's all the time.

Below are some of the good things working at Dover India. 1. Gives a fair compensation and very good joining bonus. 2. Company gives goodies. 3. Frequent trainings are arranged but it may not be related to your core competencies. 4. You may be asked to resign by HR, Shivani Gupta else she threatens you that HR may spoil your background verification process sent by future employers. 5. The DFR, Senior Director, Srihari Medam may call you into his cabin and harass and bully you.

As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my experience working with DFR division within Dover, India and to shed light on the toxic work environment that exists. Unfortunately, my time was marred by instances of harassment and coerced resignation. During my tenure, I endured persistent harassment from the DFR Senior Director, Srihari Medam and Joshua Meduoye, which created hostile environment. Despite my attempts to address the issue through proper channels, the company's HRBP, Shivani Gupta, failed to take any proper action to resolve the situation. Instead, I was advised to resign and if I did not, the HR could spoil my career as they controlled the background verification process. I urge the prospective employees to consider the work culture before accepting offer from Dover. Especially, if this involves working with DFR Sr. Director, Srihari Medam and HRBP, Shivani Gupta. It is disheartening to see such behavior go unchecked. I implore the company to take meaningful steps to address these issues and create a safe and respectful workplace.

Depending on the team, you can have excellent work life balance.

Dislikes

Lot of salary imbalances within the team. Freshers and low experience employees have high salaries. The experienced folks have very poor salary in comparison. Unable to retain employees with higher experience. They are fine to let go and hire a junior resource to do the job. Although it's a product company, the nature of job is more like a service company.

Company culture and work-life balance is good. Job stability is there and no layoff policy. Flexible work timings and work from office is 2-3 days a week.

Not much benefits other than salary. Very less interaction with manager and senior management. Less interaction with other OpCos work and employees. Growth and promotion is limited.
