Dover HR team doesn't support pregnant women working in company. they terminate such women's who is expecting pregnancy and they don't even tell that staff that they have removed her from the job profile. So for girls and women do not work in Dover it is not safe for your job security and working profile.

Dover as a brand name is reputed in Oil & Gas industry, the company’s policy on DEI, compliance, equal opportunity is commendable. It has got deep pockets when it comes to investment & buying other companies.Company has bus facilities, canteen, other benefits etc.

Dislikes

India management lacks futuristic vision & objectives. The leadership team has been in chair for a long period and hence there are lack of fresh ideas and implementations. Job security is a big concern for employees because of the nature of business(tender dependent). Lack of communication from top to bottom in India team results into grapevine & rumours all across the board. There needs to be more cohesive & open culture, the leadership needs to interact more with people down the line for better improvements.

Product is good, good for freshers with electrical background. Hardware and firmware side good. Hr policies and leaves are good. Central location.

QA team management is terrible, very cheap politics by QA manager, no understanding basic skills. Showing manager attitude, not a good company for experienced and talented people.
