1. no job security. They will let you seat idle without pay as per their convenience saying they don't have project. 2. No proper work culture. Do your work until your last Breath. That is their Motto. 3. No facilities at all. Treat you like dust. Vouchers and expenses will be coming from your pocket. Mark my words. 4. Nothing to learn unless you are learning from your self. 5. Working hours are worst. If project is in rush you will have to come on Sunday as well. But your manger will have his Sunday as a rest.

If it would have been possible to give zero star, I would have gone for that. No Support Given in Covid-19 Lockdown. Experienced very bad company management.

Dislikes

The company has given zero support in lockdown time, so salary and improper payment of work from home are the things experienced in lockdown. As well the salary is terrible. I have experienced company's employees tracking is terrible and shows lack of management in it.

There is lots of things to learn nd do. Douse fire team good in communication skills, working skills,eng is also good in talk. NA.FRESHER. person who's work with douse fire team they have good opportunity in learning, earning,and most of out of city work we get to do.

Dislikes

I don't like some persons who work from office. And they don't have manners how to talk with eng. Nd how to gave them work instructions. They behaving like engrs are nothing to them is there professional is them. That's not fair with all workers. Continues they play game with workers feelings and choose one person nd get rid of it with him. Change soon as possible ur staff or staff mentality.
