They are unorganised, unethical , unprofessional, can fire you anytime , they don't even know how to speak , will treat you like you are servant. They don't have a system , hr , or other people , vaibhav Jindal ,the boss of the company, use to call female employees for meetings ,outside the office anywhere on any cafe or restaurant, which can be at any corner of delhi , and the location is sent 1 hr before the meeting....that only for half hour meeting . Expect work on Sundays to, start work from the morning till anytime in the night , it's was really an inhuman experience, they don't give you your full salary when you leave , also nobody picks up the calls .
