I like every thing about Doubtnut and when I was worked in Doubtnut, I was working there at the post of senior BDA and that was work from home.

...r months I worked there and there is nothing that I dislike about the company. The company was very good at every stage end at every cost either it’s about salary or it’s about work so in my thinking there is nothing to dislike about Doubtnut.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. They give good incentive every month.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Work pressure is high, No time for personal life.

Dislikes

Toxic work life, no respect - varies from team to team (It's not the case in all teams). Some employees are given too much power and they are taking advantage of it. It would be great if management looks into how the employees are treated within teams and save them from getting exploited (especially freshers to whom office politics in all new). Such things can ruin the reputation of the company and degrade the mental health of the employees and they have no other option than to quit even if they like their work.
