Although we really have various problems the company managed to pay us salary, nhi,nssf,overtime. We are being given two days off and lastly transport allowance was there I love the fact of being part of the business as sometimes I do banking and offloading various business collections

Dislikes

Being a bus driver sometimes am being miss used like collecting money from passengers, being charged by the Marshall and the company doesn't consider to be rescued hence all fines are against you. Whenever there is a problem like being sick ,family issues, they normally needs a proven document from chief or a doctor or else's they charge you for a fine and lastly but not least whenever there is a problem like being late they give punishments of unpaid leave two weeks and lastly they terminate contract without warning sometimes thanks
