The overall experience is great. Great Workplace, Amazing colleagues, most of the employee needs are taken care of. The company will provide a perfect training and provide you an advanced course to gain knowledge about other latest and greatest technologies that can be used in future and also help you in develop your personality.

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work haooily in collaboration.

My company has positive working environment and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. The best part of my Company is that it gives us exposure like nobody else. It let us do it in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience. Use the latest technology to ease work done. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events and EasyWork-EastReward features are organized by HR. This is like a motivation tools for employees.

I certainly can not say anything bad about my present company, they treat me well, and I like their company culture. It's just that I would like to work on different projects.
