If you are planning to leave do take the incentives and salary at first then drop the paper all of sudden because if your carry and show case your professional manner then you won't get the incentives you may get the salary after several follow ups that's even by deduction if you are on 3rd party payroll.

Salary on time, very few good colleague.

Everything is a dislike here-
1. Don't think to join them. They are wasting money of the investors.
2. CTO has no idea what should be done in his position, only wrong are taken by him, his only focus is to build up new products and features,no matter how bad are the conditions of the existing ones.
3. No inter-team communications are done properly, no coordination among teams. Though the working days are monday to friday, but infinite production issues come and you have to resolve them on sat, sun too.
4. Some seniors expect that you work in the midnight and will call you around 12 in the midnight.
5. QAs don't know about the product.
6. They even hire interns saying they will be made full-time, and remove them in the last month. Anyone thinking to join them as intern, just DO NOT.
Team Lead has no experience. He is an arrogant, unexperienced, immature guy with little knowledge of the domain. He has few puppets at his service, whom he favors, and discriminate with others. Overall, not a good experience. Also, Saturday is not a holiday and no hybrid model. It sometimes gives feeling as if we're labors. No fix timetable, rotational shifts (discrimination here too). Even had to work on national holidays. So, It is a messed up department.

Post sales services must be improved immediately.

Only selling is been prioritized but post sales services are neglected.
Wrongfully forcing employees to switch departments, otherwise asked to leave.
Long working hours, 6 days working, multi tasking with tons of work to do. It is better during your initial stage of career but in long term, it needs to be improved.
