I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! ...pers, especially in HR. I beleived them but I was not aware that they were fake. You will never get your incentive or variyalble pay, No on time salary, no employee benefits, poor management, they will do all micro management, you will never get your Reliving letter and final settlement. Over all V.poor.

nothing as such..only the thing is down we have reliance fresh so people can buy ration items..

Dislikes

management is worst these people are fake.. they dont provide documents neither form 16. they are the top list in bad compnies.

Dotmappers is perfect platform to learn lot of things and build ones career, the company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re - hire policy here.
