- Very Supportive Product Team - Good office space - Friendly people across all teams - It would be comfortable for you if you're working in the Development or Marketing team, even though I listed many cons below

...take them seriously. He only knows what's best and does not want to hear ideas - I never got my full salary, appraisals are rare and do not have any realistic process. Only handful people will get - The product is ambiguous and backed by no real research - The product's goal keeps changing and a lot of work done by employees gets discarded - The CEO's have the worst taste in design and still, designs need to be catered for his liking, not the actual users. - There are more issues which are not possible to list down - If you're a Designer, this company is a Hard No. Even if you're struggling to find a job at the moment.
