Mandatory WFO 12 days per month. Though a product company, salaries and hikes are less like serviced based company. Most of the Team Leads/Lead engineers doesn't have good skills and survive by depending on lower or mid band resources. Promotions and appraisals are based on experience and favoritism instead of skills and work done.

Work life balance is very good, if you want to settle in your life without hustling much this is the place for you.

Pathetic managers.... your life might feel stagnant after a while there won't be anything to learn if you are a fresher.

No cab service for employees except for those who are in 2 pm to 10 pm shift

It's been 4 months now. Team is good, there's lot to learn. There's good co-ordination between team members. Upper management too is very good and approachable. Compensations are also good compared to most of the other companies I have given interviews. Job security is also good.

Currently, I don't have any dislikes (probably because it's only 4 months)
