There is not a single good thing about company, All the five brothers are cheaters, they treat their employees like beggar or slave. Pathetic.

... days as raid. I was feel culprit when bank officer asked me about Work culture. They deduct salary as security deposit and not return after completed year or fulfillment as per their commitment. All 5 brother are cheater and treat employee like slave , peon. Mr.Sujit Doshi , No. 1 Cheater in Doshion Group. Abused their employee without no reason as per their mood swing. They are hire for other position and designation once you will join everything will be change as per offer letter and KRAs.

No personal Growth, Toxic Work Culture , Salary not on time almost after 15 days , No CL or PL, No Leave,unnecessary doubt or employee on their loyalty . They expect to span more than 10 hour in Office. Toxic & Abusive Culture. Too much Pressurized.

There is excessively abnormal delay in release of Salary. There is no Salary Structure in the company and people working in higher designation may be having lesser salary compared to people working with lesser designation.

Only learning about the product and project learning. No salary on time and no complete salary. They do not give what they offers. They do not appriciate anyone. Incoming time fix but no outgoing time.
