Pls Don't Join This Company, If You Want to save Your Future. All the 5 Brothers are Robbers, They Have Done Fraud With the Bank of 400-500 Crs, CBI Cases are Going In, They Create a Lot of Fraud Companies & Take Loan & They Declare Default, So They Cheat Banks. Employees are Getting Harrassed, Shri Ashit, Amit & Sujit They Openly Say Badwords To the Females. All 5 Brothers are Nalayak. Never to Join this Company, Better to Remain Unemployed or Even better would to beg infront of Temple Rather Than Doing Job at Doshion. Never Salary On Time, They Eat Employees FNF, They Eat Employees Hardwork Earned Money by Taking Security Deposit...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
