Salary was ok.But nothing more than that.

Team leads are horrible people.Rhey don't assist their juniors if they are stuck anywhere.And they blame the juniors if they can't deliver in time. And team leads also work like grocery boys who make deliveries within few minutes. Team leads play dirty politics. And if any one resigns then the company does not provide any release letter and instead they provide a termination letter. People should avoid this startup company.

Never ever join this company. It's like hell! If you join, you can't leave and you leave , you will have to face many legal issues and eventually your life will go into a terrible misery!

Dislikes

It has no proper, parmanent office address! It has no proper HR person. The CEO is just intolerable and very much cunning and knows hell lots of tricks how to give problem to the employees by not giving proper Monthly salary slip, hike letter. Makes employee bound to sign bond. He is not at all cooperative! No pf, mediclaim facilities! It has no office work culture!
