Product is very good. In North India the company is giving tough competition with other brands but the company and products are useless in South India (due to senior authorities in south) There is no issue with the salary it will credit one or two day delay sometime but no issue.

Dislikes

The company don't have any future plans especially in south India(Karnataka). Since the company don't have any warehouse in south it will take a week to get the materials. The Senior Managers (both the state and regional head) are just doing a timepass and dumping the materials in the market to showcase the primary numbers but not liquidating. They don't have any sales plan. If you are planning to join as a executive or team lead please don't join definitely your manager will make you leave within 2-3 months. No one will stay more than 1 year in this month. They don't even give a time learn. They just need primary number. Forget about the market situation, primary, promotional activities. They will never ask about these only primary dump. The changes must require in senior management in South India until that the situation remain same.

... the sales department does not run the sales team, rather Hr department runs it. Here your salary is withhold without informing you.And you are forced to resign, here your seniors do not tell you whether your sale is good or not but here Hr tell you that your sale is not good.

Dorset is overall for a person who is experienced and does not want too much to learn pr any load onto himself/herself. As the employees are not in a hurry to do anything. The company is growing rapidly but the management lacks appropriate leaders.

No care / compensation for the employees. They are treated badly if they want to change anything or any process of working. People are forced to work in a typicall ill-mannered culture.

... to designations. But monetory or personal growth possibility are almost zero. Salary given is way below industry standards. Top management just don't want to accept issues in decision that might create a problem in later stages but it is taken as a joke everyone someone points something out and is given a tag of person who just don't want to work. Employees personal problems are treated as a waste of time Top Management of every department makes inappropriate comments on a regular basis No additional benifits are provided to employees Reimbursement claim is a big issue as finance people has given the instructions to cut off when possible

No job security, Bad culture Poor management support Illegal police during covid 19

... asked to sign illegal bond paper if you not sign you can leave the company now. Even they started deduction from salary and not providing local transportation expenses. Even work on Sunday. No Insurance policy for employees, Even no HR support, No work life balance, no culture, please request you guy don't try to join Dorset india pvt ltd.
