Poor policy system. No clearity in policy. Still using old system in paywell when you doing Overtime. Now world is on digital system but this company running in old system. Nobody want to need improve in system as running as it is want. Also transportation is very poor from home to company and company to home. Bus condition is very wrost. For both locations For shift duty From Adipur Tempo Traveller is running but its condition is very unhealthy and uncomfortable. No AC and No push back seat while In general Shift Mini bus run with AC and push back seat. Partiallity between lower employ and HOD. Also no thinking about safety of employees while travelling from long route. Safety is only in company while you work for, just showoffs. As compared to other company bus this company bus is 👎. Food-: Breakfast charges 15rs some breakfast good but some 👎 lunch/dinner charges 45rs. Unlimited but quality and test poor. Different quality between lunch and dinner. While you in B shift you get test less dinner. When you shift from any city, state to Mundra location, you will get transport bill reimbursement but it will take 3-4 month to credit in your account.
