Dislikes

No job security. No strategy. HO in Korea need to understand business in India, they need to work as per Indian Market rather own brains that too driven by some small time MIS. Indian head more busy on saving his job, he uses staffs and than don't be with them happy to implement what Korea says.

Dislikes

They keep guys as consultant who set business from them than suddenly they discontinue, again visit market by Korean but after it they don't know what to do. They want to be India but via exporters God knows exporters how will catter market especially retail & wholesale where shaving blade sells.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
