...od.In mechanical field food is the main structure. so,food is good in all wise .and benefits like bonus and everything is ok.

First thing is 12 hrs of working is mandatory. There is no respect for Management staff with low level engineers.it is divided into management staff and union employees. management has given full rights to the union employees.There is respect for Management staffs from seniors and union employees. They are with bad behaviours like scolding bad words to juniors and thinking they are superiors. Even who are all in higher positions are very disrespectful.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good work experience and environment in company so many technical knowledge learn and good salary and company following rules and regulations safety is good in our company. Management also is transparent.

Only that company dislike is 2 years only work time period. After completing two years continue not possible is that company rule.

If you gave your all 100% in work no one take care about it so go for this company just give your 50 to 75% work for two years then leave it
