For fresher and less experienced people, it is a very good company where the salary on time, additional over time benifits, huge industrial experience can grain. Can work independently, can learn by hard work .

Dislikes

After a certain time, designation will be struck. No further uplifting in career if you are expats. Difficult to maintain family life due to long working hour.

I liked company disciplin, speacialy before work safety meeting and warmup exercise.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Working for the past five years in Doosan,earned me a lot of experiences in work.I consider this job as a starter ro my career.With this work experience,I'd like to look upon my better job offers.

Doosan doesn't provide better salary package.Moreover,working shifts allotment not proper.

to transfer there employees to other project by the end of existing project, because the old employees understand the requirement and rules and regulations of company
