I was working small projects along with shutdown, salary package good enough compared to others, transport and traval distance too far from camp dispite company give to extra one hour for traval allowance.

Transportation provided Not good enough. Execution team controls the work and sits at a higher table , HSE has got little control only even though the HSE Team is good.
