Salary is too low. Put extra burden on employees and salary standard not match with recommend minimum salary. If person comfortable work with 5k to 7k then it ok.

Doon Public School supported me by not releasing my Casual leaves amount which was deducted from my salary and he committed to return it in the month of April next session. It has been four months still they deny and are saying that they will release it on Diwali. And we need this amount now as we all are in crisis and they say that the school is in crisis. Please help them out to run the school.

Teachers are not given respect but the flatterers are given importance. The true teachers are demotivated by demoting and are given junior classes to teach.

Working in Doon Gohana was a wonderful experience for me. My skills were enhanced there. The management committee is really very caring, transparent and fair. The principal mam is also very nice and humble lady. In doon gohana,the work culture is really very good. Staff members support each other, whenever needed. It's the best place to grow, learn and develop...

During my work period of 1.5 yrs, I didn't face any problem working there.

Overall you will find some old teachers there who call themselves PERMANENT STAFF they are good in nature but again politics is all around you.

Your job is insecure in this school, they keep on changing teachers. School authority is very rude and brag about their institution that even if you leave our school will not fall apart. Teachers are the building pillars of any school. Such Statements sounds so foolish. Salaries are way too less, they can hire you on 16-20k as well.... Don't make your morals down by accepting such wages.

Working with the school, I had very good experience. The relationship between the management and the other staff of the school is very healthy. You are well come to share your views as well as problems. It was really fun working with such enthusiastic teammates. I had a wonderful career growth with the opportunities provided by the school.

No such experience that I would dislike to work there.
