A lot of things to learn and to improve skills, opportunities given to grow within the organization, acceptability to new age technology and adaptation of new technique in branding and promotion. decent remuneration and performance based incentive.

Ritu Tiwari godiyal who is HR she is illmanered, illiterate 3rd class by profession and by person. Don't no how to behave and how to talk with persons behaves likes animals. Worst culture of organization. Lots of politics. Management is very poor. Try to avoid such organization before joining. Every year recruiting in same department. No stable employees Just because Environment so bad especially HR.

The organization is open to innovation and very prompt to adopt all-new modes of teaching and learning during Covid-19. specially very good for students learning and development.
