For new learners its a good company, Good setup of Tool room for press tool dies.

... bad. She thinks she is a queen of company and nobody dares to talk against her. Salary is too low and she can deduct salary amount by giving any reason. Company timing is also too much. Bus arrives in company before 45 minutes of general shift and after ending of shift the bus leaves after 45 minutes. No salary growth.

Having Good high technology and high precision machines, overall plant is very good.

Dislikes

1.No job security. 2.Worst management. 3. No value for smart work they want donkey work nothing to do changes. 4.Shift timing was 8am to 7 pm after 7 pm you are waiting for leaving the bus for 7.30 pm. 5.Only higher authority got appraisal, Management need only managers. 6.managment point of view other employ is not worked only manager can work.other employs are useless.
