They pay overtime... you get few extra perks with salary, you will get overtime if you hv worked for additional hours..

...ails which you should know: Timings : 730 am to 6 pm Lunch: no meal by company Leaves: no official leaves, salary will be deducted if you go for leave Almost it is 7 days working, but they always take sunday off as if Indian staff are labours.. ill-treated behaviour makes it worse, you cant have normal conversation.. The architects who works in the project usually leaves in between because it is difficult to make Korean understand. They are dictators. They manages work really poorly in the beginning, then you will have to bear the consequences after their decisions. Really bad experience. Will never work with them in future.
