NO PROPER BEHAVIOR WITH EMPLOYEE AND NO APPRAISAL OR INCREMENT ON TIME AND ONLY 1 PERCENT OF TOTAL SALARY IS INCREASED IN PAST 2 YEARS, ALWAYS HAVE PRESSURE OF WORK, IN PLACE OF 4 EMPLOYEES DONEAR KEEP 1 PERSON TO DO ALL 4 JOBS AND THEN TELL THAT YOU DONT WORK

The worst company that work. If you resign from job they will hold your salary and F&F. HOD are worst person that I work .he don't know about EXIM department looking always as accounting purpose.

There is always Job satisfaction in this company due to less CTC & no Casual Leaves and more working hours upto 7 or 8 PM for general shift

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Everyday, I have to work 12 hours straight in a day. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths

They give an open hand to explore new area's and techniques in marketing and advertising, which boost an individual to implement new and innovative ideas, and learning environment
