Donaldson product is good. Filters and its filtration system are good in quality wise.

Dislikes

Lot many things which need to be improved. 1. HR policy 2. Work culture is completely pathetic 3. Not open to adapt new methods of work 4. Lack of discipline in management 5. Delivery timelines are always wrong 6. Seniors keep information secretive 7. No proper channel of communication 8. Lack of feedback mechanism 9. People made a government type culture within the organisation 10. HR is not interacting with employees, and so on.

Met many good customers which help me to improve my knowledge also products too.

No career growth , Ego of superiors which ruins employees life. No benefits and much hikes. Particular group in this company is having this issue.

We get to learn lot of things. Lot of technical knowledge. Also we get to lean how to do politics in the organization.

Dislikes

Whole sales team is dependent on one person and management also takes words of the same person. No growth in the organization. Appraisal is given in single digit. The worst politics I have seen in my career. Everyone is forced to indulge in politics even if you are not interested. No work life balance. No recognition for hard work. Learning is good and global team is awesome to work with.

I am very hard working person but as well as this is one reason exit from company person reasons. Please humble request rejoin in company. So please sir thankyou . One an only manoj pandey sir (HR) very political person . I am very disappointed for manoj pandey sir.
