... increment, no scope of promotion. Too much of work pressure with no intensives. You can not stick to this organisation and run your family because salary structure is very poor. Very poor HR management, HR is very partial.

Don Bosco Tech Society is really good organisation for youth of India. And i proud to be as a part of this organisation. I sharp my leadership and Core skill from this organisation. I want to give truly thanks to Fr. A. M. Jose and his supporter team like Fr Maran, Fr. Ramesh, Fr. George Stenley Sir who build this great organisation.

I most dislike the salary growth of the organisation.

...olic religion. Unfortunately the living future is enough to provide my families. Due to salary in insufficient.

The institution is good enough to grow with various trades and training and the works responsibility is very high pressure I would have to work 10 hours with no break. The director and manager is not concern about the works that I do ...no PF, no incentives are provided to the staff and workers.

It was good experience in Don Bosco Tech and fathers and sister treated like own house member then culture activitys and events and games it was healthy work environment .then Don Bosco management is a transparent ,they give good salary and allowences my teamates are very supportive , i gained lot of knowledge to them

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow

No concern about employee, no salary hikes, politics, personal grudges all the teams, this is worst company which i worked and never seen

salaries not in time it will take 3 to 4 months, no appraisals in company unexplainable things are happening in company, regional manager female having illegal affairs with officials
