DBSK has given me opportunities for my professional growth and helped me unleash my potential .I am thankful to the management for supporting me. Principal sir is open to new ideas which is required for any institutions growth. The learning environment is good as well for the students who gets different opportunities in various fields.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary issues needs to be sorted. One or two days late salary is fine but 15 to 17 days late is a way too much to accept. Hope management is going to end this.

Likes

The children are given different kinds of opportunities to show and express their talent. Even parents are given opportunity to show their talent. The school is far from the crowded busy city. The children are given good education. Since I had a dream to work in DBS, I'm here. I love to work and give my best to the children and school.

Dislikes

Fees for the children are too high. The teacher's working from the beginning are still getting the same salary. As I was told after one year I will get increment and permanent letter but nothing.

The management is the thief there. They worked you day and night but when comes to the salary they are giving you excuses about their so-called laws and rules. Very bad option to choose a career there. Life is hell there.

Moderate salary. Too much pressure compared to salary but still okay

Worst politics, too much pressure, work culture and work environment not good, seniors always dominating the juniors and making them victims of politics

...h our family and friends.. stress less environment.....Teammates are supportive. They give good hike and bonus every year....
