The students are very nice and lovely

Dislikes

They have an incredibly toxic work environment. They oppress their students, violate their rights and use teachers as a medium to do so. If the teachers doesnt go with this they will corner them, harass them and fire them without even a day's notice. The management have a group of staff who is close to them, they let these people get away with anything even misbehaving and shouting at their colleagues and students.

The college is a great opportunity to work with your comfort zone, while equally providing opportunities to expand yourself, with ample challenges. The cultural exposure that it offers, being geographically placed in the frontier also helped develop my skills to manage different sets of students, coming from different cultural backgrounds.

Staff is good. Being a Catholic College Management is in hands of Father's. There is too much of clash among Management. Each Father has adopted a department and all departments have different rules. Don't expect Mumbai university rules to be followed here.. Though the college is affiliated to MU. Management is unprofessional in documentation to the extent that it has led to closure of departments and loss of jobs. Management doesn't give increments for 2-4 years at one go. It's an Ok college to start career but you cannot build a long term career here.

the ADMINISTRATION. never been staff friendly. the problem is the administrators were and are not experienced for administration of higher educational institutions. rules and regulations and the norms laid down by UGC are not followed with discipline. but definitely scope is there for betterment if able administrators take up the job.
