They are providing only 8 hours salary but we have to work for 9 hours and more but they are providing any extra payment for extra hours i think in this pandemic time we are also coming in serious situation for our income but this is not good I'm not happy with this but i need this job

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

Your superior put a whole pressure on you even they also know this will not going to work. Still asking reasons. No personal life you have to call thrice even if you have your weekly off. No respect from Seniors specially your reporting boss. And many more....
