Need to look at Bonus part which should be available to all employees for having great festive with their family, as all designation they will have their own budgeted life, if this bonus is considered for every employee with all levels of Designation, this 1 piece to be looked at..

The culture of delivering results and constant hustle. This culture is desired my most start up to succeed but it’s hard to build. Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving
