The salary is less than expectation , its a multinational brand it should provide more salary to employes bcoz employers are the one who is giving their 100% & making all efforts to make company no 1 & maintaining the company reputation & it should provide discounts to employes which they r not giving & after pramotion the salary increase is very less bt work load increase is more..

Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Strongly

The culture of delivering results and constant hustle. This culture is desired my most start up to succeed but it’s hard to build. Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside

I join the company company culture is too good And now company culture is too bed CBH using abuse language, If my salary high he is doing demons and Mark in pip When employees join this company As team members as a 5000 rupees per month When no one saying that how will manage month expenses And now salary up to 50000 Give warning please give resignation either I will out in my end

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving
