There is no security . Customer can beat you and abuse employee. There is no good salary . Employee gets worked 10-11 hours daily. Store manager or Assistant manager can anytime dismiss old or new employee. Store manager or assistant manager are like employer. Store manager never wrong. They are always right. Domino's employees like SDP, rider, crew member are always wrong . Customer and managers is always right . According to company policy.

Working hours 10-11 hours is bad thing. According to working hours, Domino's does not pay salary to the employees. This is also bad things.

Very low cost at higher work hard work required in a low bond of salary instead very low

The behaviour of maneger the Seniors and very bad work if any wants to join then think about it it's not not only delivery job they will tell u to to do all the inside works when u will be free they will not allow u to sit properly so please don't join it .

I like to work for dominos because it's really fast and I like to do work in hustle and satisfy the guest

The salary issue is the biggest gdm don't send salary properly they take advantage of the team member and when their work is done they don't ask for them

Shift timing fix ..but d managers take extra time of staff Without any extra overtime .. Delivery is not safe for staff .. Always use 2nd bikes for delivery which are not good.

Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Strongly
