Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside

Salary package is comparatively good . Comparing with qsr , Starbucks, MacDonald, burger king

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

I am working 2 year but no one promotion give, over work time, i need one promotion please ( salary okay but benefit no ) i am not complanit the company 😔 i am complanit the store manager,nobody one nothing asking my level

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
