... explore my skill and knowledge. There was no promotion based on experience too. Salary I drawn at that period was too low. Since its my first job, I don't know how much to ask n they gave just ₹1500 as my salary. While leaving my pay was below ₹3000. Not sure how it's now. They treated employees well. We can leave on time if there's no extra work. The pay for extra work was also very minimal amount.

Growth is not there, salary is low and even appraisal. No chance to travel abroad and no training regarding the product..

...ndustry to gain knowledge. Coworkers are talented, very supportive & discipline. Provided good training, pay and perks are not bad.

Very bad people and , company policy and work life, too much office politics, the only one thing I respect about company is company director ms.anuradha Prabhu desai , huge respect for her she helps in our career. And one lady, Sujala Miranda Is a disgusting women, like shown in crime patrol she literally harrased me alot , she slaped me on my head when I was learning software developement , she is a huge barrier in career, and some other people's are good and support else. But sujala re big barrier egoist and political woman in office

Highly revengeful management. I didn't know this till I stayed in the organisation. I came out of the company as I was not interested in just a copy and edit job. I wanted to resign and pursue for a more technical job. So gave a spot resignation and as a result paid an amount to the company for the same. But when I tried to join another firm, the comments passed to my new company from domex was very bad and destroying the employee's image.

Saturdays are working..that is the only have to change..atleast they can provide leave for alternate saturdays.
