Bad management and sugarcoated politics.

The current work schedule, without Saturday holiday, can be quite demanding, and it might impact work-life balance. introducing a Saturday off cloud help employees recharge and improve productivity throughout the week.

Work-life balance is very good. After the office hour nobody will disturb you.

This is only the choice if you don't have anything in your hand. For an experienced person this is not a good company to work. If you are fresher then it's good for you.
