The job security is not there. There has been a deduction in 40 percent of the salaries of many employees. The company is not open to innovation and is late to adapt to technological changes.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not well supported. There is no appraisal or salary increment as such which is highly invariable. Growth is slow.

Got to learn many things after joining the school. Benefits such as PF, ESIC were provided to us

Dislikes

Lack of growth and appraisal. A lot of favoritism and work politics was making the environment toxic. Selected teachers were given the responsibility to feed rice to 3 to 4 creche students simultaneously during lunch and tiffin after school.
