Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . Sometimes,i have to work 24- 36 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late night.

...haught is too better for employees favour, it is very employee friendly company. Even too much better behaviour in COVID 19 period with employees they never cutted staff salary.

During last movement office timings too strict, too much freedom to some company staff.

All are bosses in RG LAND especially HR team like a ruler's of Mumbai metro

...ulture. 2)dirty politics. 3)worst HR team (not even know their responsibility) 4)delay salary. 5)bribe taking HR. 6) Labour category treatment for engineers. 7)jail accomodation. 8)non ethical careless talks. 9)to meet HR, employees has to wait outside while HR people have 5 times tea 3 times smoke 2 time lunch and 4time site visit reason. 10)HR person will say they are kept by company to cut salaries of employees, not to look welfare of employees. 11)HR person can hire anyone with any salary, but they don't suggest highly performance employees for bonus/salary hike. 12) always HR team will look for other sources of income. 13) they are very much interested to work subcontractors works, (for bribe) 14)Not even one organization chart is available with HR team. 15)No verification of documents, can forge documents easily, even lot of members are with fake documents.

COMPANY IS GOOD BUT PEOPLE WORKING THERE PATHETIC ESPECIALLY STORE HEAD MR DURGESH SINGH HE HAS NO WORKING ETHICS AT ALL TAKES SO MUCH OF BRIBE FROM CONTRACTORS HE IS NOT AT ALL CAPABLE OF THE POST DOGUS SOMA TEAM PLS LOOK INTO THESE ITS A REQUEST
