No micro management, no late hours, decent salary way better than market standards and top notch IT applications and products we use, which are way ahead of most of the IT companies. People who gave 1 star or the negative comments are the ones who were not able to deliver and had terrible performance issues and that’s how the rant is.

...dian company. No transparency in communication and thinks of everyone as a fool. They will pay you thinking that they own you for life. Your work will be devalued always.

Company and company outlook look good. It will be growing. Change in management is helping but long way to go ahead to change it own ideology for employee.

In most cases, you have to follow senior orders and they are not open to lesson, although they always say they are open to lesson.

Everything is worst here! Third class company with third class mindset of management specially IT department. Do not join this company. No job security, anytime they will fire you without any prior notice. Random firing is very common practise here.
