Good salary package while joining but later salary being deducted at mass level to maintain company investment.

Don't like .... first and last visit in dodsal never ever again i would join

Dislikes

Horrible company disaster was the management.... They don't know how to talk ... Only they know how to deduct salary .. After you join they will revise the salary structure and split into PLP...... I will never join even if they offer 3 times my current salary....

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but carter growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
