Job security is depending upon the availability of next project if there is no project on hand means no security,work culture is good, Management is good in this company Management people are from different states unlike in other companies only maliyalee or Tamil here you can't find only maliyalee group. Company policies are satisfactory to the employee.

Dislike is only payment delay. Delay in salary.

Currently im working with Dodsal Engineering & Construction FZE. Algeria North Africa, company is good but now current situation is company averaged.

now current situation is salary not getting timely, 50% of cutting from allowance, not provided any bonus or benefits.

Good salary package while joining but later salary being deducted at mass level to maintain company investment.

They deducted my 4.3 lac INR in more than 24 months but not paid while I left the organization.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
