Job security is depending upon the availability of next project if there is no project on hand means no security,work culture is good, Management is good in this company Management people are from different states unlike in other companies only maliyalee or Tamil here you can't find only maliyalee group. Company policies are satisfactory to the employee.

Dislike is only payment delay. Delay in salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but carter growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
