Vision for future product and POA which seems to be not stable and uniform. 🤞 Benifits and other perks needs to be worked upon. Basics befits which are being offered from MNCs are missing. HR and leadership needs to review it and take corrective measures: Under consideration at the present.

Good salary I made a mistake joining docusign, they recently started in India and seniors are putting too much work pressure. Specially if you’re a Senior developer.

No work life balance Every sprint is overloaded Tech stack is c# mostly, it will give you nightmares to solve issues.

Th eCompany culture in the big lines, but most of all the people across team...very supportive, always here to collaborate whenever possible to make the client's journey a real success

Dislikes

Not able to staff appropriately , therefore the team end up to be 80% of the year over-worked with no room to develop outside of what is required for the job. (so hard to get new opportunity outside of your role in the same company)
