Support of upline, who are totally currept and every month they steal our travel allowances and always deduct salary without any clarification, and if we try to connect to HR then HR also take the favour of seniors, overall delhi work culture is so pathetic due to the mr. Amit mishra and Mr. Het mehta

Colleagues are good

Dislikes

They don’t respect artist at all Most of the office staff is from medical background So they always think they r better than us and we don’t deserve to be treated equally. For example- while reconstruction was going on in office for almost a month and half we were the only department (animator’s) was forced to sit in loud sound and heavy dust and supposed to be creative and productive. LOL…. Rest of the departments were given work from home and those who come to office they were given separate cabins. And the team leads who was supposed to support us as being artist They never cared about us All they care about is what their head will think about them And the environment is like school If some people are on floor we were told not to talk or use phone in front of them, just pretend to work even if u don’t have any.
