The organization has better work life balance.

...nd qualification leading the projects and departments which lead to many issues. Worst HR department, late salary and sometimes they hold the salary for a longer period of time. I am still waiting for my salary which was supposed to be credited in the month of may 2023. No promotion, no salary increment based on good performance rather how well you know the senior.

I like Field Work because We are directly connected to the patient and we understand the patient's problem and solve it. The patient's trust in us remains intact.

There is a little issue of location and salary in the job
