No Pros. I would have it a zero rating if that option were available. Not a company to join in any case.

Dislikes

... is full of mediocre people. - Lack of career growth. - Inadequate compensation. No salary increment or recognition even after extensive contribution over the year. - Job security concerns. They fire like anything. I saw one guy getting fired in literally 5 minutes over just a normal disagreement with his manager.

I was associated in designing team from last 3 years, Team leader are worst person, They think that they are the only person who can decide each and every think in the team even they have a power to fire anybody in the team. Management are weak they only hear the team lead not the employee. Some of the person are in the team are like a chattuu kind of person, If you are giving favour or doing party taking wine etc. Some of the team mates are takes leave as much as they can, they take wfh as much as they can. TL have no problem but if someone has a genuine reason wanted to take a leave you won't get it. Totally dispointing. For my Suggestion- if you want to join a docquity go head but before joining think about the worst office and team politics. Specially in design team.

Free Food - The company provides free meals.

Dislikes

Toxic Environment - The manger is a micro manager who crated a culture of fear by constantly threatening job security if unreasonable demands aren't met. Only employees with the right "right connections" are granted any flexibility, such as working from home. The manager forbids interactions with junior developers, telling them to avoid me, claiming I would negatively influence them. Even leaving in the evening requires permission, every action must be reported. I`ve seen people fired on the spot for minor disagreements. The team is rigid and resistant to learning new things. I often had to resolve issues left by others, yet still face discouragment. Despite working hard, i was isolated with junior devs told to stay away, leaving me disheartened. The lack of process, constant permission seeking, and fear of consequences made the environment unbearable. Negative Work Culture - The enviroment is rife with favouritism, gossip, and backstabbing. Senior developers receive no respect, and the only feedback you can expect is negative, no matter how well you perform. Evern after rebuilding an entire system, i received nothing but discouragemnet and lack of recognition. Outdated Tech Stack - The tech stack is old and poorly maintained. Code reviews are barely taken seriously and any attempt to suggestion is immediately shut down. The company discourages innovation and professional growth. Constant fear of firing - There's a pervasive fear of being fired on the spot for even minor disaggrements. The company lack empathy, even in situations where it's clearly needded. Employees are always on edge, unsure if they will be the next to go. If you value your carreer, mental health or dignity, avoid this company at all costs. I wasted a year of my life here, experiencing nothing but stress, fear, and a total lack of recongnition for my hard work. Stay far away !!!!
